Dinh Cau Beach
Dinh Cau Beach is a small local beach that is technically considered to be part of Long Beach however if you look carefully you can see that Dinh Cau is a separate beach altogether.
This beach has a wonderful stretch of sand with warm turquoise water that beckons you in for a swim. Dinh Cau Beach is a local beach and a popular sunset spot for the people who reside in Duong Dong Town. Getting there is easy as the beach is adjacent to Dinh Cau Temple and behind the Night Market.
What to see
Naturally the sunsets here are nice, but you can also visit the Dinh Cau Temple nearby as well as the Night Market.
What to do
Dinh Cau Beach is the only beach that we have found where you can jump off a 2 story rock and down into the water. This is a popular activity for the young locals. The rock is located next to the Dinh Cau Temple.
You can also fish around the pier located behind the temple.
Where to eat and drink
At Dinh Cau Beach you can enjoy a snack around the temple or opt for a full seafood meal at the night market. In the evenings a lot of locals sit around and drink sugar can juice (Nuoc Mia) and watch the sunset.
